Delivery areas and shipping costs

Deliveries outside the EU

Deliveries to countries outside the European Union are exports. Prices are calculated without German VAT; the cart shows the amount after selecting the destination country. Customs duties, import VAT and other import charges of the destination country are not included and are payable by the recipient.

Delivery time

We are a mail-order business without shop premises; collection is not possible.

We ship within 2–5 working days after receipt of payment. In addition, the transit time of the carrier applies, usually 1–3 working days within Germany, 3–7 working days within the EU and 5–15 working days worldwide.

Payment methods

• Bank transfer (prepayment) – you receive our bank details with the order confirmation. Goods are shipped after receipt of payment.
• PayPal on request – plus the PayPal fee in the amount of our actual costs. The cart shows the fee as a binding amount before you order. Bank transfer is possible without additional costs.

Cash on delivery and collection are not possible.

Business customers in the EU

Business customers from another EU country with a valid VAT ID receive the delivery without German VAT (reverse charge). We verify the number before the order confirmation.

How ordering works

1. You add the items to the cart and submit the order. You immediately receive an acknowledgement by e-mail – this is not yet an acceptance of your order.
2. We check availability and send you an order confirmation with payment details within 3 working days. This concludes the purchase contract.
3. After receipt of payment we ship the goods.
